NEW YORK, NY (WUNF) — The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person within the 114th Precinct.

Police say that it was reported to them that the missing individual was last seen on Wednesday, February 15th in front of 36-11 21 Street at approximately 1:15 p.m.

The missing person is described as a male black, 5’11” tall, 250lbs, brown eyes and black hair; last seen wearing a red skull cap, a red sweater and black slacks.

Missing:
Gabriello, Salvatore
25 year-old male
38-71 13 Street
Queens, NY

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). All calls are strictly confidential.

    Re: Story on missing person in Queens, NYC. The location cited , 21st St., (a/k/a VanAlst Ave.) is very close to the neighborhood where I was born and raised, i.e., Crescent St. & 30th Ave. Of course, that was well over 50 years ago. I’m now 72, retired, and living in Florida. Imagine! Just one day on FB I discover you,…as many, many more will as you progress in your journalistic endeavors. Wish I could help out in this case but, obviously, it’s not possible. Wow! Do I wish I could handle my computer as well as you do at UNF! So far, I like your format and content. Nice to see local coverage like this. I think your gonna see your following grow faster than you may expect!
