NYPD Asks For Public’s Help In Robbery Case In NYC

NEW YORK, NY (WUNF) — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual depicted in this surveillance photo in connection to a robbery that occurred within the 75th Precinct.

It was reported to the NYPD that on Monday, December 5, 2016, at approximately 9:40 P.M., an unidentified male, along with an unidentified female acting as a lookout entered the Path Wash Laundromat located at 815 Stanley Avenue — the male individual then approached the Laundromat attendant, showed a knife and then demanded cash.

The suspects fled the store with approximately $200 in cash.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

Suspect number 1 is described as a male Black, tall, thin build, approximately 6’2″ tall and last seen wearing blue jeans, red sneakers, red hooded sweatshirt with a black bubble vest jacket.

Suspect number 2 is a female Black, unknown description — this suspect was not captured on surveillance.
