MIAMI, FL (WUNF) — Monday, November 7th, artists Tip “T.I.” Harris, Rick Ross, Gucci Mane, Pusha T, and Jay Electronica will join activists which include Sybrina Fulton and Jahvaris Fulton, the mother and brother of Trayvon Martin at Florida Memorial University for the 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East “YOUNG GETS IT DONE” rally.

Hosted by Angie Martinez and YesJulz, the event, held in partnership with NAACP Youth and College Division, will feature remarks from artists and social justice activists to energize young people of color to turn out and vote on Election Day.

The rally is free and open to the general public — the event will bring together 5,000 voters in Miami according to a press release.

Additional special guests and performers include: Rotimi, Bre-Z, 070 Shake, DJ Stevie J, Marcos “Kosine” Palacios, Umi Selah, Dream Defenders, Stephen Green, Aja Monet and others.

The event will start at 6 pm and conclude at 10 pm — doors will open at 5pm.
