NEW YORK, NEW YORK (UNF NEWS) – Former President of the United States Donald J. Trump was arraigned Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in the afternoon. Former President of the United States Donald J. Trump arrived at the courthouse and DA’s office to be fingerprinted, booked and appear for the arraignment. Former President Donald J. Trump is charged with 34-counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

Following the arraignment, Former President Donald J. Trump was released on his own recognizance and departed the courthouse via motorcade. The former president departed New York City for Palm Beach, Florida.
