MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (UNF NEWS) – Shooting in Manhattan, New York on April 29, 2023. At 1743 hours, one person was shot in the hip and shoulder near the area of 9th Avenue and West 46th Street. According to the New York City Police Department, the person shot is in stable condition. No suspects are captured at this time.
