13-Year-Old Boy Fatally Shot In Brooklyn New York

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (UNF NEWS) — Police investigating a fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy in Brooklyn, New York on March 1, 2024 that occurred on Thursday evening, February 29, 2024, at approximately 10:40 PM. Police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the vicinity of Brooklyn Avenue and St. Marks Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed a 13-year-old male who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body. EMS responded and transported the male to NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County where he was subsequently pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
