PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA (UNF NEWS) — Police investigate a mass shooting that left one dead and four others injured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 4, 2024. At approximately 3:45 PM Monday, a shooting incident occurred at Broad and Godfrey. According to preliminary reports, the incident unfolded as a bus was stopped, and individuals were boarding when unidentified assailant(s) began firing shots. A 17-year-old male, sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was pronounced dead, a 15-year-old male, suffered a graze wound to the right shoulder and is in stable condition, a 71-year-old female, was shot once in the forehead and is in stable condition, a 49-year-old female, sustained a graze wound to the right forearm and is in stable condition and a 15-year-old male suffered a graze wound to the buttocks and is in stable condition. No arrests have been made, and no weapon(s) have been recovered.
