WASHINGTON, DC (UNF NEWS) – Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris and President of the United States Joe Biden hosted a Black History Month reception in the East Room of the White House in Washington, DC on February 27, 2023. Hundreds of attendees filled the room. Attendees cheered when the Vice President and President entered the reception. The President and Vice President enjoyed a performance at the reception following their speeches. The President and Vice President took several selfies with the crowd and then exited the reception Monday evening.
