Shooting in Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States on April 30, 2023. An intoxicated man was shot outside of an Elizabeth motel due to the fact that another man was upset he was leaning on his car. The vehicle was parked in the Motel 6 lot near North Avenue on Spring Street. The victim had a gunshot wound to the right side of his ribcage around 2:50 a.m. Sunday, April 30, and was hospitalized. ELIZABETH, NEW JERSEY (UNF NEWS) – Shooting in Elizabeth, New Jersey on April 30, 2023. An intoxicated man was shot outside of an Elizabeth motel due to the fact that another man was upset he was leaning on his car. The vehicle was parked in the Motel 6 lot near North Avenue on Spring Street. The victim had a gunshot wound to the right side of his ribcage around 2:50 a.m. Sunday, April 30, and was hospitalized. The man who was shot is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
